The Joint School Health Leaders Training Camp offered us a valuable opportunity to participate in activities that foster both physical and mental well-being¡Xqualities essential to our role.

The camp commenced with a unique fashion show, where we designed costumes to convey positive messages. By combining our blue-and-white checkered uniforms with the character Elsa, we created the distinctive ¡§QES Elsa,¡¨ conveying a strong message against methamphetamine use. Thanks to everyone's dedication, we earned second place and deepened our resolve to say ¡§no¡¨ to drugs.

Next, checkpoint games began with a drama introducing our missions. We collaborated with students from other schools to overcome various challenges together. The mutual respect and collaborative spirit demonstrated during these activities were particularly invaluable.

The second day featured an unforgettable ¡§Octopus Game.¡¨ From the ¡§Poison Plunge¡¨ to a rock-paper-scissors tournament and a massive hide-and-seek game, we gained a deeper insight into the meaning of true health. It taught us that health encompasses not only physical vitality but also mental resilience and the profound strength derived from our connections with one another. These are the lessons we, as Health Leaders, will embody and share within our school communities.
